Thinking of doing this next year, as long as COVID allows. Has anyone cycle camped in Europe in early June? What’s the campsites like? Full or easy to find space?

Re: Silly Boy.....Frozen Shoulder
I think that you need to be referred to see a shoulder surgeon, as soon as I was examined he diagnosed frozen shoulder.

Re: Silly Boy.....Frozen Shoulder
I tried all the physio but I suspect that once it's stuck then it's stuck until the knife releases it. The good news is that the operation is completely pain free and I was able to move it fully within a day or two

Re: Silly Boy.....Frozen Shoulder
I had that. Rather painful. Had a little operation and it cured it straight away and it's not come back. Hope you get it sorted

I'm looking to buy a Genesis Croix De Fer but not a lover of racing bars. Has anyone put flat bars on one?

Re: is it possible?
I take it you've only done 40 to 50 miles in a year? If that's correct then you need to do some serious training to be ready for lejog. To do it in 9 days you're looking at 100 miles a day. It is possible so get out on the bike now
