Crivit Rechargeable Bike Light Set USB

Post by NATURAL ANKLING »

Hi,
Anyone else buy one of these from LIDL :?:
They say 10 hrs for front light (1300mAh li-ion USB charging))
And that's what I got on the low setting (L-M-High is 1 watt 10 lux?)
On low it is brighter than my existing 1/2 watt ones and I can ride on unlit roads with care on those.
Not bad, means that you could ride all night.
Rear takes two aaa batts (ones supplied are not rechargeable)
Bought for the front really.

There is little info anywhere about them, have seen similar on ebay but they have smaller batteries up front.

I bought two for the road bikes which aren't used at night that much and aren't likely to have dynamos fitted. They're both legally sufficient because they're K-marked (German equivalent of BS marking) and pretty decent road lighting afaict.
MJR, mostly pedalling 3-speed roadsters. KL+West Norfolk BUG incl social easy rides http://www.klwnbug.co.uk
