Cycle Insurance - London

Hi

I've just bought a £1700 Thorn Touring bike for a long distance ride I have in mind.

However, I live in London and ride in and out of town and I want to use the bike for this as well. I've also bought 2 Abus Sold Secure Gold rated locks and a set of Hexloxs to secure saddle, handlebars and wheels.

It's not ideal, but at home the bike is likely to be kept outside locked to an Abus wall anchor (out of sight from the road).

I'm looking for bike insurance. Has anyone got any recommendations? Good experiences, less good? Ways to set this up with a company so they don't then turn round and start to say I wasn't clear enough about the level of security on offer.

Thoughts appreciated.
