Just a quick update.... I've fit a SRAM rival right shifter. Rear indexing is now spot on. Tick in the box for SRAM me thinks!

Test ride today - still not happy with all the shifts whilst on the big ring. In short the cables were twisted in the down tube. Rear shifting fine on big ring and small ring with front mech cable slack. Re-routed front mech cable now all is good
