ps Wish Cuget would go into full scale production of wooden self assembly small bike sheds.
Orders could be took, inclusive of a Large Deposit (say enough to buy a spare 11-speed 105 mechanical group set, just in case). However, delivery dates may slip .... and slip, since other things must be made first. Having just finished this (see pic) I have become obsessed with wooden spoon making. This is partly the nice spoons (as made by a friend) catching my eye but also the siren call of a shiny new tool or three (hook knife, curved gouge, whittling knife).

Anyroadup, a bike shed will be down, down the list, next to a request for a rabbit hutch (which will never be made, as rabbits should run free).

The wooden parts will be oiled and waxed. Even now, the ladywife has just eaten a large slice of her Christmas cake, on our return from the gym, and is oiling away vigorously.

The pic was for the maker of the leaded stained glass panels to see before the cabinet gets filled up with books. Its a Limbert-style cabinet made of sugar/rock maple with black dyed-holly stringing and forged black iron hinges/handles. It has one fixed shelf and one moveable/removable shelf.
