Re: SunTour 'New Winner' freewheel; state of the art in 1978

Re: Anybody going to apply?

Re: 1945 Footage of District Nurse

Re: Titanium seatpost

They too give no problems. This is really a question for a metallurgist and or engineer. The real is carb...

Re: Brooks Saddle Rivets

Re: 1990 Dover to Durness - Photo of the Month

Although I was not on the holiday I was expecting to see a reply.Had looked at the "Photo of the month" as I had given Mike Bedford, sitting on Mareve's right a lift to the start. Mike is holding his yellow helmet which, I understand, gave rise to him being known as Banana Man. I felt befo...

Re: Pannier rack failures

Blackburn have a lifetime guarantee, although I have not seen any advertised recently.

I recently had an eye loosen on the rear end - 29 years old. The local motorcycle repairer inserted a Helical insert, which is working well-£15.

Re: Continuing cycling in older age - what is the secret if any?

Cycling does nothing for bone density. CyclingWeekly recommend hopping on each leg , 5 time s forward, backwards, to each side and on the spot. A radiographer friend agreed with this article and explained the physical process, unfortunately , I cannot remember it in sufficient detail to repeat it in...
