It all depends but 'yes'.
I'm 5'11" and 22.5" is my size. Is say you were nearer 21"

I guess this should be in classifieds but I have a Blacks Ultralite SI Compact sleeping pad for sale. It's a Thermarest Prolite 3 clone (when they were orange!), 122*51*2.5cm. 530gm. Good condition, used maybe six nights. £25 delivered.

Somewhere upthread (don't ask me to try and find it...) there was a suggestion that "if a motion were amended significantly in the hall that the proxy votes would be disregarded".
At what point/to what extent can the agenda and motions be amended, and to what extent is the above true?
