IME when this happens it is the battery that needs changing.

Re: Barbag Options for lights

I use a Topeak BarXtender https://www.topeak.com/global/en/produ ... ARXTENDER fixed onto the stem, works brilliantly with the light sitting below my Ortlieb bar bag, admittedly I use an Exposure Strada light which is designed to work upside down.

Hi Simon, I have a grey pair, size large, I’ve not used for yonks and really don’t think I need them anymore. Send me a PM if interested.

Tapatalk not working with this forum, why?

I’ve not been able to access this forum today (8/2) using hovercraft full of eels., not problems going via Safari or Firefox, and no problems accessing other fora on Tapatalk. Has the change of server screwed up the forum’s settings on Tapatalk, and what should I do to sort this out please?

Re: if there is a 3 bolt to 2 bolt cleat converter?

Re thirdcrank’s post. I have a pair for my Sidi Genius road shoes that I use with Time ATAC cleats. They work fine on the bike but aren’t as good to walk with compared to my Sidi Dominator MTB shoes.

There’s a couple of pairs available currently on EBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sidi-SPD-Sh ... 635-2958-0

Great stuff, thanks. I was brought up in Kirkbymoorside and remember cycling and riding my horse along that footpath [emoji4]

Only if you manage to get the bolt back in I suspect. Don’t have those Boardman pedals so can’t help I’m afraid.

Re: Bloomin' great - I've now knackered the pedal

I think you’ve bought the wrong cleats for the pedals. The pedals look like Boardman Road Team which, according to Halfords, take the Look Keo type cleat not the Shimano one you’ve bought.

As you seem to have broken the pedal, the world’s your oyster for new pedals, make sure they come with cleats that can be screwed into your new shoes too.

Good luck, Hugh
