A good soul has reported this bike dumped on her land outside Bristol, presumed stolen. Blackrain fork, campag and Thompson bits from what I can see. May have been there a while. Anyones?

Interrupter brakes on RSX brifters
Hi, does anyone know if this is possible and any pitfalls there might be? I helped a friend of mine buy a nice steel framed touring bike and she loves it but the only issue is her not feeling confident about always using the brakes on the drops. I'm sure she'll get accustomed but she is riding LEJOG in a few weeks and I'd like to find a solution if possible.
Unfortunately I'm doing this from distance and without much time, but the bike shop she went to said that it wouldn't be possible to put interrupters on RSX brifters, I can't see why not, but I'm not hugely technical so I could be wrong.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Brand new Carrera Fury stolen in Bristol
A workmate of mine had his mountain bike nicked last week, unfortunatley he left it unlocked for 5 minutes under our offices in the swipe card entry car park and someone made it disappear.
CCTV has yeilded nothing and his insurance wont pay out because it wasn't locked. 10 payments left on the bike to work scheme too, ooft.
If you wouldn't mind keeping your eyes out, looks like this:

Re: Dan Shotton Frame - NE1 know anything about this builder ?

I passed up buying this a year or so ago, part of a lot sold by Yeovil Cycling Club. I couldn't find out anything about Shotton at the time so didn't want to risk it despite it being a lovely looking frame.
Just looked at yours on ebay, lovely thing, but huge!
