Darcus, Where on the coach/bus is the bike stored when in transit. Is there a luggage compartment under the bus to take the bike without dismantling? I've often thought about bus out and bike back for a day ride. Cycler. I put the bike in the compartment underneath, but It has to be in a bag or els...

Transporting a full sized bicycle on National Express
I commute to London weekly from Bristol and take my road bike with me, I started off with a fold up bike which I didnt get on with , which I sold and started to experiment with taking my trusty hack on the coach . N.E stipulate that a bike needs to be in a bag, but as I get off the coach and ride to...

Re: How to I repair my bent forks-advice sought?
Just so that you know,(sorry havnt logged on for ages) the forks were repaired in September by Argos in Bristol, cost me £30, I didnt however show them the frame, although it does seem to have got away unscathed , the bike is back to how it it used to be! Argos are brilliant!

Re: How to I repair my bent forks-advice sought?
By the way, I have noticed that the bending/twisting/movement seems to have taken place on the crown, as one side aligns with the bearing cups and the other is slightly pushed back.

Hi there, I have a pair of wheels from a bike I recently bought. They have Mavic GP4 rims which are a very popular/common tubeless type on specialized hubs . Tubeless rims are not something which I desire on this machine, so I am wondering ho easy would it be to find a clincher rim to exactly replac...
