Did you get charged UK VAT / duty by the post office when it arrived?

Think there are gremlins in the system! I can get onto wiggle.co.uk at work and via BT Fon but not via my home pipex connection. I am unable to get onto the CTC shop (or british cycling shop for that matter) on any of my connections!!
I'm no expert but I think there must be a problem somewhere. Interestingly the WHOIS info for wiggle.co.uk was updated on 13th April- I wonder if they have been updating things and technical problem has developed.
