Very excited as I've booked a little trip to Arnside YHA.
However, not so pleased that I booked on the Internet. Everything was fine until I received my booking confirmation email, which contained a discount code that I could have used to reduce the cost of my accommodation from £16.40 to £12!
Grumph. I rang the hostel, who were very helpful but suggested not cancelling and rebooking as I'll loose 10% of what I've already paid. So I've emailed head office to complain.
