Re: togglechaintour bikes

Littleman, that looks gorgeous, I'm almost converted. I'm another huge fan of Carradice, I only have the one though sadly. On a separate note, I dont suppose it was one of you lot that snaffled this from under my nose? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190574892255?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984...

Not a bicycle, but I spotted this at a car boot sale this morning.

It wouldn't fit in the car, so it was kindly delivered about half an hour ago.

Re: togglechaintour bikes

I'm a little fella, slightly overweight, and not particularly fit You've just described me, only I'm more than slightly overweight and not altogether very little. I'm about to throw my tuppence on the Parabike debate here, I expect scorn and derision. In my ever so humble opinion, the only parabike...

Re: inflatable Kayak/canoe

I've used inflatable and rigid canoes, as well kayaks. I've even built a couple of lapstrake canoes. Frankly, the inflatable scared me to the point where I was losing interest in setting foot in any of them. This would be my personal solution. Have a look on google, it's not the only one! http://fli...

Whats truly tragic, is Wayne & Colleen-esque types will buy it, and the contents will wind up in several skips.

Re: togglechaintour bikes

in some ways, it's not bad thing that it has been stewed in that stuff. It's probably kept it alive over the years.

Oddly enough, I'm working on the men's version - 1924 (according to the frame number) - 28" wheels, pin-striping was gold though I think, it is now at any rate.
