Don't by Cadbury's chocolate because it's basically just chocolate flavoured vegetable oil and sugar.

Re: Speeding cyclists on LBC now
According to a tweet from Mr Vine "The Royal Parks" have stated they would like cyclists to adhere to the 5mph speed limit even though it is not legally enforceable. The 5mph speed limit applies to all park users.

Of course it isn't - all the cycle friendly features were ditched at the behest of the motor cyclists.
It was never cycle friendly.

Re: Indoor training question
I like using a turbo because I do not have to worry about falling off or riding in the dark/cold/rain/strong winds.
You can target particular areas for improvement in a controlled and repeatable way.
I can ride myself to complete exhaustion knowing I have a short 10m walk to a nice hot shower and food.
It's also made my road riding far more enjoyable, not only because I am stronger with a better/smoother technique but I can take it much easier and enjoy the ride even more.
Wish I'd bought it years ago .

Re: Winter turbo training
I don't find using a turbo boring, although helps having something to watch or listen to.
Spent 2 hours on the turbo this morning watching "Sin City".
Also when doing HIIT training you have no time to get bored.
It is important to remember that not cycling is as important as cycling, as it gives time for you body to recover and improve, especially after HIIT.

A Dinotte 400R is perfect for fog/poor visibility but it's a little out of your stated price range.

Re: Punishment Pass - By a Cyclist
It is very poor road craft, I always give cyclists I am passing a wide berth and not too fast, you never know if the other cyclist is going to suddenly veer to the right.

Re: If I was to buy a Gopro
At this time of year as the dark mornings/afternoons draw in, you should consider the GoPro is not the greatest camera in low light conditions.

Re: Turbo Trainer - any good?
It doesn't look very good, there seems no way to adjust the resistance.
The better turbos come with a steel QR skewer and the resistance is variable, with the more expensive ones automatically adjusting according to the speed of the rear wheel.

The Sony AS100, excellent camera and by far the best in low light conditions, quite important with the nights drawing in.

Re: Stolen bike on ebay?
Sounds like a plausible reason, whenever I go to the local tip(recycling centre) I always see lots of bikes.
If someone's dumping rubbish at the side of the road why not dump rubbish with an old bicycle.

Re: Wrong way up a one way street.
I was recently blocked and got some abuse from a car driver for cycling the correct way up a one way street.
I got the abuse because they were driving the wrong way on that one way street and didn't like being informed, politely, it was one way.
