Re: Chinese Lightweight 1 person Tent

Sorry my mistake the EBay listing is for the 2 person double door tent but it is the same company ‘desert walker’and therefore it is still very lightweight and very cheap. It may not be as good quality as the high end tents you can get but it would only be for occasional use, it would be nice to fin...

Re: Chinese Lightweight 1 person Tent

There are no you tube reviews of this tent The Hubba NX Solo and this tent are no where near in price The cheapest available hubba NX solo in the U.K. is £289, the Chinese version is £103, I know you only get what you pay for, but I was just asking if anyone had any experience of using this tent 4F8...

Re: ... about kickbikes?

Hi Hercule Your new scooter looks the bees knees, glad your first ride went well. Its a couple of months since I got my scooter and now I don’t even think about switching feet. Yes it does ground out on the slightest bump but I have learnt to anticipate this and go around things. I’m sure your going...

Re: ... about kickbikes?

Hi Hercule You will not regret your decision, I love my Yedoo Trexx. Yes there are lots of people doing amazing tours on scooter, I hope to get a front rack for mine at some point as I’d like to do a few overnighters. A scooter could never replace a bike especially as I love my Recumbent bike so muc...

Re: ... about kickbikes?

Hercule we were able to try several different models of Scooters including Morxes, Mibo, and Kostka. I chose the Yedoo Trexx because it is made of aluminium and therefore it is lighter and seemed to roll more easily. Also the underside of the scooter does ground out sometimes and as it is aluminium ...

Re: ... about kickbikes?

My hubby and I have recently purchased Kick Bikes. I have a Yedoo Trexx, and my hubby a Yedoo Wolfer (racing model), Yedoos are made by a Czech company where kick biking is very popular. There are many different models available, with different wheel sizes and also folding ones. With the front wheel...

Re: Recumbents on planes?

We've flown with our recumbents several times. We use two bike boxes for each recumbent and concertina them together to get them the right size, then lots of tape to hold them together. My long wheel base recumbent is particularly challenging as we have to remove the front forks, but we've always ma...
