Bikeability funding

Our Local Authority (and employer) tell us that our area's grant will be cut this coming year by 12% as the DfT have received more bids for grants, but have only the same amount of money available. So with less money, we will be training less children. Is this happening in other areas too??

Sorry, only just re-found this forum, so a little late to the discussion, but... The bikeability.dft.gov manual for Level 2 says "All participants will be assessed on each outcome and detailed feedback will be given at the end of the course. Those who achieve all of the outcomes will be awarded...

I have just invested in a down filled gilet - packs down to nothing in the pannier whilst cycling to schools, then is amazingly warm whilst out training. One of the best things I've ever bought for this job!
