I used to rlj whenever safe when I was younger, if it's your route and you know the lights timings and sequence you can cross most junctions perfectly safely most fo the time, rider's choice

I stop for almost everything these days, I like the mildly surprised looks i get from drivers sometimes

if it's unprovoked assault drawing blood and causing injury then it's ABH/GBH plus witnesses sounds like a real chance of some jail time to me, especially if he's had previous can't see it being a caution or spot fine at all violent crime is still seen as a serious offence funny who some people are ...

top thread gents, thanks

lower gear, cadence, round and pacing myself for the entire hill and a bit has worked wonders for me, that and some fitness

it seems feeble at the start especially if the hill starts slow but it's great keeping the same pace all the way up and them speeding up at the top
