Went to a cycle junble just over a fortnight ago and was charged £1 to get in. The Jumble was in aid of, and put on by, SPOCO, a cycling organisation, and I was happy to pay. Just had my water bill from the utility company, £176 for 6 months! I'm going to change my supplier. Oxfam can supply a whole village for £2 a month!
