Hope hubs? For sure it would be worth replacing the rims, especially, as others have mentioned you can find identical rims or rims with an identical ERD so that you can reuse spokes. Just make sure you check the hub flanges very carefully for hairline cracks, some of the older Hope hubs are notorio...

I think the hard bit without the correct tool is supporting the cup squarely whilst you drive out the bearing

The BB is Hope with it's own Hope ceramic bearing in. Another problem is if you knock the bearings out of this, you're having to whack the center to do it, which is all very well if you're not planning on putting them back in again but you can't get at the outer ring to remove them, only to press t...

Thomson stem is 130mm not 110mm as previously posted - thought it was a bit long!

Shimano BR-451 long drop brake calipers, front & rear in silver. Mounted but never used, fitted with new Aztec pad holders an blue Richey pads (+8 extra spare pairs of pads!) £40 posted now £35 posted. Final reduction £32.50 posted.
