Shimano Hollowtech 2 triple 3mm spacer

I’ve managed to loose the 3mm spacer from my Ultegra 6603 triple chain set, it’s the one that goes between the bottom bracket and the non drive side crank arm.

Does anyone have one that they’re willing to part with?

It was renovated by Mario Vaz just before I bought it in 2007.

Re: what's going on with framebuilder steve goff?

He's still alive & building!

I know he's got quite a bit on at the moment and is working through a waiting list - Steve is a great builder - keep onto him and you won't be disappointed when it's finished.

I'm prob going to order another one from him later on in the year.

Re: Does tyre pressure make so much difference

30 years ago I when I was a time trialling racing snake I would have said the narrowest tyre pumped up as hard as possible was best, but now a days old age and rubbish roads its wide tyres and low pressures!

My hands and wrists can certainly tell now if my front tyre is pumped up too much!

Me too!
