Tin foil!
I've never tried this but I'm assured it is not a joke and is a genuine pro rider tip.... Wrap your feet (over your socks) in kitchen tin foil then slide into regular shoes! (20 mins at 180 degrees should do it, basting occasionally....)

Bikepoint definitely. Gets busy at pickup & drop off time! Friendly & knowledgeable. Because I could only ride 1 day I couldn’t reserve bike in advance but dropped in day before ride & all was well. If you rent for longer price goes down per day. I believe they can deliver to your accom ...
