Great stuff thank you. Looks like it's my turn this summer.

I do still laugh at the thought of shouting "WIMPS" at you guys when I saw you in Gloucester :D

I had a red number 1 on my messages tab for over a week and couldn’t find it. It’s a different place when you’re not in contacts list doh! Wished I’d found your message that day but probably hadn’t a clue where we were anyway. :) :lol: Ah, no worries. I had a lovely 80miler ride for that meetup. I ...

Well done chaps! Chapeau!

Sorry that the Bristol day was a bit of a downer, that's the day I was waiting for you all at Almondsbury.
I could have come further south and guided you, but there we are. Alls well that ends well.

All in weight is 1.95kg
The material is the usual tent material, Nylon? It looks the exact same as is on my Terra Nova.

Updated with pictures of the Tent; https://www.flickr.com/photos/152231827@N08/albums/72157692919564200 From the help in this thread - thank you all - I now understand what I did wrong; The gothic arch needs to lean quite a way forward, once I did that...all is well! This is actually a super little ...

Re: Augmenting the frame of an A-frame Tent

Thank you philsknees.

I have just found another piece of paper in the bottom of the bag;

According to this I do appear to have everything i need? No ridge pole needed??

I'm going to buy one anyway I think.

I also have 2 poles that go into each end of the connector, and 1 upright pole for the tail end of the tent. It is possible I don't have all the pieces as ...
