Does anybody make a bar bag for cameras? I'd like to have my SLR to hand when , but well protected when I'm touring, and would rather not carry a rucksac. Ortlieb and LowePro both make bags that are bar bags OR camera bags, but I can't find one that is both.

I can't be the only cyclist/photgrapher out ther can I?
