Thanks again for the suggestions! Unfortunately work has expanded to fill some of the available time, and I'm recovering more slowly from a knee injury than I had hoped, so I'll only have two half-days to ride. Following up on chalkiewa's suggestion of RideWith GPS, many French cyclists seem to use OpenRunner for mapping routes. It's worth searching on that site. I was in Cahors a couple weeks ago and found many routes that started in or near the city.
