Re: Oh Noooooooooo...

Interesting prgramme broadcast yesterday lunchtime on BBC Radio 4: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b06kcbvt - "What Big Changes Have You Made for the Sake of Your Health?" includes a born-again commuter cyclist! Also on Channel 5 tonight at 8, a GP warns a patient who's liver is struggling...

"Fear & Loathing in Harrogate"

A Good New Year to All & Happy, Safe Riding throughout 2015!!

Above programme on BBC Radio 4 this afternoon at 4.30 (repeated next Sat at 11.30pm & there's always iPlayer) - it's apparently to do with TdF in Yorkshire 2014!

"A Bit Nippy in the Trossachs"

Anyone else hear Carol Kirkwood on Breakfast BBC 1 this morning? She forecast it was to be "a bit nippy in the Trossachs". Straight from a "Two Ronnies" script and they all managed to keep straight faces!!!

Many thanks for that, mercalia - good idea! (especially for the Ute)

Anyone else out there with bike-specific cover experience? I'd be very pleased to hear.

Many Thanks
