Re: To flash or not

In good conditions in bright urban areas I'll use one or perhaps two dipped front lights on steady light and only my rear light flashing. In wintry conditions and dark roads I transfer one of those dipped lights to my helmet for POV lighting and increase the rear with an extra flashing light. Front ...

Re: Anyone else have problems complaining to First Group?

I complained to P&O a few years back about one of the lorries overtaking dangerously. Got a letter back from the Chairman apologising, saying they had had other reports about the same driver and the driver no longer worked for them as a result. I had some feedback from Viridor today, saying the...

Re: Red Lights - Pushing a Cycle and the Law

Re: Met Police officer closely undertakes cyclist

Hi to all, Thelawnet, In answer to your question I didn't signal when I moved out to the right lane and didn't notice any vehicles approaching behind me. At about 23 Secs in the video I signaled to turn right. I expected the bus to be the next vehicle to approach me and wanted to be clear to them my...

For the record I was intending to turn right and was indicating those intentions.
