Base Plate for Shimano SPD Cleats

Hi,

I am looking for the base plates for some Shimano SPD Cleats on a SIDI Dominator shoe . The base plate is the piece that is inside the shoe to which the cleats screw on to. Any ideas ? I can't seem to find anyone online that sells the cleat with the base plate.

Cheers, ErniE

Re: Seville

One of the pilgrim routes to Santiago goes through Seville (Via de la Plata)... all accommodation along this part of Seville are geared up for cyclists.

Re: Spain North to South

Horses for courses I guess, but my personal preference is a trail/track to any road, any day !

- no cars/fumes/dangers
- close to country side
- many tracks/trail are old routes... churches, vialles, etc, etc.

Re: 29 incher - all hype?

It will take you more rides than you think to fully conveince you, but :
- If you are not too short
- You do not ride 100% very techy, tight course

Then you will love them in the end !

Re: Cycling Santander to Granada via the Portuguese Coast.

Your best bet will be to use the Camino de Santiago routes. - from Santander you could use the Northen route to Santiago. - from Santiago you could use either the Portuguese coastal route or the Via the la Plata route to head south. I have done some of these routes and they will give several advanta...

Re: Corsica it is

My girlfriend would like to join me this summer on a summer cycle tour. A friend is looking to setup a simple web page (4 or 5 screens) via sites that offer free space + use of templates and simple web creation tools.

Does any have any experience of using any of them ? Can you recommend any ?

Re: ALSA website problems

Another thing... some drivers will insist on you packing the bikes, their main worry is that you do not damage or get the rest of the bags/suitcases dirty. If you are in the middle of a tour and you dont have anything to hand, pop into a supermarket, take front wheel off and wrap your bike in cling ...
