Are Ribble still trading ?

I’m was due to collect my new bike from Ribble to-day, all attempts at confirming this are failing as any contact with their ‘"Customer Service “ number puts you in touch with a script reader that says the computers are up dating and I would receive an email early next week.
Exactly the same answer as when i called them early last week ....
Starting to get worried they’ve gone belly up !

The problem with Lycra;
I'ts so bloody comfortable !
For my day to day work I dress in polo shirt, safety boots and jeans, i wear Lycra running briefs from Decathlon as underwear.
All my underwear is lycra, supportive, self wicking and super comfortable ....
My wife wear's Lycra and lace undies ....
Whats not to like about Lycra !!!

Re: Did you clap this time round - or last time?

My niece is a nurse. She qualified 8 years ago. 2019 she earned £38k ... 2020 she's earned a lot more due to overtime and doing some work in the private sector to support the outsourcing that Covid caused ...

Might I suggest people quit trying to expect there to be a perfect hard and fast answer.

Personal responsibility ... cycle, alone, go out, come home. People usually demand hard and fast laws in order to find the escape routes around those laws. As was pointed out in parliament today a number of the laws are pointless and futile, un enforceable and undermining of the intent. Lets see how that pans out.

NO - THEY WERE NOT!!!

This is why it's even more important that we publicly SHAME such people online. Official law enforcement has let us down!

CORONA-SHAMING - you KNOW it makes sense. For the COMMON GOOD!!!

I have 3 regular circular rides of 28, 34 and 38 miles which and start and finish at my house.
At no point am i ever more than 5.2 miles from my house as the crow flies, i ride by myself ... and will continue to do so.

Re: Scotland - will it be independent within 10 years?

I like many English residents are absolutely happy for Scotland to cede from the rest of the UK and NI ...
Given a UK wide vote there would be a land slide in favour of Scottish Independence ... Sorry Scottish EU membership ...
If Scotland wants to stand it's own two feet, within the EU'S direction and control ... then go for it ...
Finances are tight these days ... Let Scotland fund it's future as a free nation ..
