We tried it ... a "date night" ... There was never a lack of .. before .... just a bit more after taking it ... We laughed and had lots of fun .... And giggled all the way down to the restaurant afterwards ... It transformed the "life " of our friend, best man and his wife ... 10...

There was an article in the Grauniad last week about libido and age ... basically mens libido extends longer than females so the recommendation was that men should seek a partner 10 - 15 years younger than them so partners libido falls off the cliff at the same time ...lol

Having recently offered my beautiful SPA Steel Touring bike on this forum and EBay with no result i sold it to CashConvertors for £500 ...
I replaced the SPA wheels with a pair of Decathlon 500 wheels, removed the pedals and racks.
So a win win for both parties .. sort of ...

5 speed .. 13 straight .. single chainring 52 .... aaah the good old days .... Young and fit TT'er ...
Now ?? ... 26 or 34 single chainset ... 11-40 9 speed cassette .... :roll:

There seems to be a lot of us cyclists with heart disease .... maybe there should be some research into why cyclists seem to have such a high proportion of heart disease ? :shock: Depends whether you're using a layman's definition of heart disease or a cardiologist's. A history of chronic endurance...

I would run a drill the OD of the female thread through the chairing bolt and it falls apart without any damage to the chainset.
