Re: Record attempt scheduled

I've just been reading about the latest aircraft carrier, 4million litres of fuel for the ship and then it holds another 3million litres of fuel for the aircraft!

Re: Navy ships off Plymouth

One was out at sea then came closer and circled Drakes island, did this twice and then disappeared while the other one kept going round in a big circle miles out at sea.
Brought a bike down here with me but these hills are no fun and the beers rubbish as well!

Looks like I'll have to wait for Mick F to reply with a sensible answer instead of childish replies. Where's Vorpal the moderator?

Re: Edge Touring gps.

Go on the Garmin forum and read up about the Edge Explore on there, the battery issue is a known problem. Hence Garmin specification states the battery life as "up to 12 hours"

Re: Edge Touring gps.

Don't bother with the edge explore, battery life is terrible, returned mine after 18 months as the battery life was about 3hrs. Got 30% off a new edge 830 with a speed sensor 2 thrown in.
