Help IDing a frame

Hi everyone

I wondered if you could help me ID this unbranded frame. I picked it up for £20 and it was advertised as a steel 650c 50cm frame. It has the code 83464 on the left rear drop out and Davis Components 64 61 stamped on the BB along with a number 2. It has conical bullet shaped seat stay caps which made me think Italian but then it looks like a Raleigh and Davis is a British BB maker. Thanks, Kat.

Stolen- Pinarello Treviso Hybrid - Herne Hill, SE24

I awoke on Saturday to find my bike had been stolen from inside my building. It's a a 50cm Pinarello Treviso, Pinarello carbon forks, 9 speed campag cassette Pinarello wheels radially spoked. Miche Shifters (left one not working too well, chain and triple set worn was booked in to get repaired this week).

They moved my boyfriends fixie and my neighbours Raliegh to get to it. Police are coming round tonight for a word.
