Cyclists are easier to observe and monitor than mortons behind closed tinted windows
Very many cyclists use their phones while moving
Indefensible and inexcusable, I think

I think Brucey is right, one does not know, but the fork could suddenly fail catastrophically

In Wales maybe but many hot countries have trouble with soil losing moisture, the panels might be 5m above ground, there could be panels on the underside too to use light reflected off snow in the winter, didnae make that up, just read it in a Serious Journal :wink: The panels could catch the midday...
