Yes we’ve seen the ‘runners’ but who are the owners and trainers?

Re: Thank you

Since the realisation of my issues (note I don't think of myself being disabled or suffering) I'm more able to understand and pander to my likes and dislikes - to the continual disparagement of Mrs Mick F! Now I'm more understanding of myself, I'll go to bed when I want, and get up when I wan...

Re: End of Pensioner "Perks"

[] If they've been singled out for punishment then so has very woman born after them who won't get a pensions at 60 either. I don't know how Ken said it would be phased in - I just knew it was happening because my wife told me about it. She never moaned about it or even mentioned it again other tha...

[qu. I'm not making lewd comments or anything sexist. She's already had her photographs in the DM as I showed on the other thread. I'd no idea what she looked like before I Googled her. Married 46 years with two grown-up daughters. :D Are you happy with the fact she successfully claimed £8,750 for ...

Re: Tory leader - place your bets

Shouldn't that be the minority of Scots  Where did you get that opinion from? Seems a bit dated to me. :D I read about some sort of 'once in a generation' Scottish Independence Referendum  that happened in 2014. Read the next line "or significant change in circumstances" :D

Re: Tory leader - place your bets

We can but hope... +1 to that, except that the worst of them could form an even more arrogant and right wing party, and get the press to tell us to vote for them. Where is this country heading? - I can't blame the Scots for wanting out. Shouldn't that be the minority of Scots  Where did you ge...

Re: Tory leader - place your bets

Hi, So with Labour forgotten and Tories defeated who will the the remainers place their hope in next? I am happy with boris in charge though Javid looks a good second. Politics aside can you explain how you could be happy with someone who without any doubt is a liar and is purposefully rude to peop...

Re: End of Pensioner "Perks"

Check out Waspi. Women Against State Pension Age Inequality. https://www.waspi.co.uk No-one is complaining about the changes at all. The way it was done and how quickly it was done and how there was no notice about it for the ladies born in the mid 1950s is the issue. As I said it was announced whe...

Re: Record attempt scheduled

Mavis went through my patch yesterday. Sadly I’m not at home so couldn’t ride with her. She’s doing Abington to Glasgow today. I might be back when Mel passes by. :D

I can’t see any favourable weather for Ian To in the immediate future.

Re: Trains...why?

I’m presently in Southport and discovered I can ride the train (Merseyrail) all day (after 9:30am) getting on and off where ever I like for £5.30. That’s got to be better than the hassle of driving and paying to park.

Re: LEJOG tattoo?

A Tull fan since 1967 not into tattoos but I did have that flute player on one leg image as artwork on the fuel cap of my motorbike.
Saw Broadsword at Nostell Priory and my prized possession is a plectrum Martin gave me.
