Problems with Rouvy

Is anyone having an issue with the latest update? I'm using Apple TV, and the picture freezes within seconds of starting a ride. The previous version was fine. I've lodged a ticket with Rouvy.

Re: Newbury to Bath Route

That section probably has the best rideable surface of all the ones I've done, admittedly only as far east as Honeystreet.

I have just put my gravel bike on ebay, ref 234951872818. It may be worth a look 🚲🤔

Re: Pubs in Bath

The one behind Lansdown Road was The Retreat, very quirky for its time even in the late 60's when us lads went there. It served real ale before it was a thing.

We've had similar in Wiltshire, I think they were Welsh contractors who brought their own signs

A lovely village to skulk around in. My old stomping ground 🚲😎

When I was a lad I bent most of my mum's spoons using them as tyre levers. Perhaps that's where Uri Geller got his ideas from 😲

Being local I use the K&A towpath now and again. Some lovely sections between BoA and Bath, but can be crowded. Best to avoid at weekends.

That's the email that goes out to Labour Party members. I am one and I get them frequently.

Re: What did you buy today?

Got drenched out cycling today and got to thinking about winter weather. Ordered a Wahoo KICKR BIKE to keep the miles up in the warm. A bit of an indulgence I'm afraid, but at my age I'm not going to feel guilty about it 😎

There is no glue. You're thinking of old school tubular tyres 🤔

Re: CALNE to CHIPPENHAM CYCLE PATH (NCR403)

I live close by and use it frequently. There is a short section after the A4 bridge going towards Chippenham where half the width is tarmac. This is much rougher to ride on than the other half which is normal gravel/dirt. I'll make a point of riding the route during the survey.

Re: Greetings whilst riding

I always raise a hand to acknowledge other riders, and have always done so. I estimate about 70% totally blank me. I like to think these are relatively new to cycling and haven’t learnt the etiquette, either that or they are just antisocial.
