Probably better to eat lots of nuts and drink water, rather than a product that's for baby cows, not adult humans. And its production is not very civilized either!!

its on an organic farm, there are no electric hookups (its a campsite!!) and the owners are lovely!
highly recommend it.

Apparently its going to be Saturday 12th March 2016. A definite date rather than a vague "spring" but a lot can happen between now and then!

Im getting very tempted to attach a very flexible pole a few inches short of an acceptable overtaking distance to the back of my bike. And then I'll attach a paint brush to it that's been freshly dipped in red paint. Alternatively the cops could send a few riders out with go pros, and prosecute driv...

Well it seems that the superhighway in london has been given the go ahead and according to the papers the work could start in April. Seems a pretty significant event I reckon?

It might be worth noting that Calais has two stations and they're not that close to each other. could be the difference between catching the ferry or eurostar or missing it..... I mention this because when we booked a ticket to strasbourg over the phone last year they didnt tell us the station we ne...

Thats a proposed route on the Sustrans 2014 map Trev, and would be great. I really wouldn't want to cycle along the A6 for pleasure. Theres also a plan to complete the section between langley mill and Cromford on the Erewash canal, which would open up lots of destinations.....

it seems their will be sailings to Denmark from easter...from Harwich, fares look reasonable and bikes go free
