Not sure what "it" you're referring to... If you've managed the GPSIES conversion and this has successfully uploaded to garmin connect then this 'uploaded activity' should, I think, appear in your list of activities ( I, too, am away at the moment, so hope this helps!)

I've had the same problem but seem to have discovered a work-around [anyway, it works for me!].
Run the gpx file [irrespective of which app has created the file] through the convert option here http://www.gpsies.com/convert.do and export it as a GPX track [yes, I know it's probably already a gpx track!]. Then import this converted gpx track into garmin connect as normal.

Yesterday got my EXCELLENT lbs (High Peak Cycles) to swap out an Ultegra 11 speed 11-28 cassette for an 11-32. Short cage di2... With a little tweaking of the b-screw, it works a treat. There are too many variables to make an unequivocal prediction of success but as others have suggested, suck it and see!
