I got my frame pump from wilkinsons, the adapter fits in the pump and it comes with cable ties to attach to frame, they have 2 sizes at £2.00 and £2.99 http://www.wilko.com/search?q=bike+pump

I make mine with semi skimmed milk and blueberries, then into the microwve for 3 mins and then allow a few mins to cool slightly....
