Brill. Thanks to all. Without a name I didn't know what to google for.

Looking to replace part of my lighting system, after some miscreant ripped out batteries and cabling. I need a plug and socket that looks like the picture. Can anyone please tell me what it's called, and where to find one?

I think this will either fit or can be made to. Most good LBSs would have a collection of things like this at one time. This part is found on standard weinmann and dia compe calipers, others too. Thank you cycleruk and PT1029. As you say, there are Weinmann 605 brakes on ebay with exactly the bit I want to replace. But the prices are £50 and upwards ! A lot to pay for a small convenience. Thanks for telling me what to look for, but for now I'll have to do without. Or is there some less rare ...

Can anyone tell me where to find a quick release lever like this for caliper brakes?
The bolt on mine has sheared and local shops don't keep them any more.
