simonhill wrote:Why not just buy a basic cycle computer. It will be permanently attached and no need to remove when leaving the bike. Trip distance and odo will give you the info you want.

I have one on each of my bikes.

Hi apologies for "resurrecting" this topic. I am a newbie. I am in search of a Pinion bike in the UK. Preferably a "mass produced" option. Is there a retailer or outlet in the UK that offers any bike (or ebike) with a Pinion gear box? I like the look of this german model. raleig...

Re: Bottom Bracket Gears?

Hi ChrisF if anyone's got any questions I'd be happy to help. I'm also interested in setting up (or belonging to?) a UK Pinion 'users group' if possible, so we can exchange advice etc. You know another Pinion user now. I took delivery of mine a week ago. http://www.kalkhoff-bikes.com/en/bikes/2017/b...

Re: Interference fit problem

Hi Thanks very much for the replies, & information. I am glad i found this cycling forum. :D I have sorted the removal of the suspension strut. It was just a case of taking the bull by the horns, inserting a drill bit (smooth end, so not to damage the threads )in the hollow ends , an giving it a...
