Did the TPT in May this year, my first multi day bike trip. In my opinion the TPT is a number of bike friendly routes joined together by a multitude of mis matched roads and footpaths. The one through the woods near Penistone was horrendous, very muddy and too narrow for bikes had several offs on this section.
