When I leant that the CTC was going to consultant it members on the redrafting of the article of association I thoughts that the CTC COUNCIL had turn over a new leaf. Is the time of milk and honey for cycling over?

WITH the retention of the cycle to work scheme and small amount of money for local roads and the world championships. I was wondering if the powers that be in HMG does not look kindly on cycling.
