On my old Dawes Galaxy I use :- Winter period : Marathon Racer. They are nominal 30mm. Summer period : Vittoria Voyager Hypers, nominal 32mm and a close fit between the chainstays. Photos - are (almost) vital !!

e.g. Date of manufacture/purchase
- size/material of frame
- transmission details
- wheels, tyres, brakes

That's one very unusual wheel.

ten spoke holes on the closest flange - radial spoking.

No spoke heads visible on the far flange !!!! - not radial spoking.
