Out of interest what do you wear? I need wide fitting. Recently purchased some Bonts but really would like more width still.

I knew a few who have returned to cycling. Like all these things there are many many different types of surgery for the same problem. The best person to discuss this with would be your surgeon (or surgeons if you get a second opinion). I assume they’ve already discussed the option of watchful waiting?
