I wonder though about high cadence as really it is used for climbing and on the flat Froome and others do have cadences in the 70’s pushing higher gears

if you cause death by careless or dangerous driving then why is it so unreasonable to ban for life for driving ? That’s is how it seems to me ? I get why CB wants to remain calm but the likes of the Aliston case he did not and basically got a law change, sometimes showing anger is the correct way to go. If this is just for riding then Scosche Ryhtmn ones are simply the best, got the two now and so far superior to anything else out there. Obvs this is just for rides and they are above your price range but top quality and do comfortable. Oh thanks to DC Rainmaker of course for it Why are they so goo...

I sweat a lot even at low intensity do showers are a must. In fact for last 15 years had 9 jobs and shower facilities (or not) are a deal breaker

By direct route to work is 19km and in the morning I will do up to 26km but on way back home most times will add up to an extra 30km and thus keeps getting mileage without too much time from home
