I guess we may say that this type 1 behaviour really and I have parts of this and one addiction I am glad to have .... given other issues with me being on the bike is the only time I have peace

I’d like to try this but my work do not accept it and I would fail a drugs test if found. Shame really as I think it would be a better option than the naproxen I currently use. CBD is not illegal though and if you get from proper source then no thc My company has told us they will not recognise it ...

For a while I had been looking at this to try and help with my depression. I got the oil from a source used it and within two weeks with no help from my GP I got off 50mg of citrlapram daily ... It also helps my riding as recovery does feel better but fully aware of wanting it to work is a placebo ...

Quite funny story as ordered the new Roam with my 17% discount which at 263 makes it a bargain ... told someone and less than 24 hours that was withdrawn from the offer ! Lucky eh !

Chest straps can be a problem which is why I switched to the Socshe as unaffected by sweat and my hairy chest !

I would trust your HRM and if way above normal would get it checked, have you tested your RHR ?

Hi all, I'll be in Birmingham shortly for a few days and will be taking the kids and bikes. Does anyone know of any good, low-traffic cycle routes either in parks, the city itself or just outside that we could do. Not looking for huge routes - just something in the order of 20-30 miles nothing too ...
