Itching all over
Over the past few weeks I have started to itch all over with no obvious rashes etc ...
It is worse after cycling and is not related to those areas you would sweat more in. I can start itching from toe to head.
Anyone has experience of this and it has just started

I'll be in Birmingham shortly for a few days and will be taking the kids and bikes.
Does anyone know of any good, low-traffic cycle routes either in parks, the city itself or just outside that we could do.
Not looking for huge routes - just something in the order of 20-30 miles nothing too strenuous.
I've heard about the new blue routes in Brum - but not seen them yet.
Thanks,

If looking for quiet routes the camels are best but if in FB search for Protect Brum Cyclists and loads can advise

Given how many have to walk if you knew it was on why bother ??? The Velo events are similar but nothing to stop you getting on if you want to
