British Cycling progress in membership – Can CTC learn anything? I see that as of November 2016 BC has 129,000 members with 27,000 racing licence The majority of members have gold and silver membership. The security always raises the barrier for cyclist. Many cyclist use this as short cut

I have been told that it is the responsibility of the chair to sign of the draft minutes of course subject to approval at the next meeting. What is the demography of cycling groups in the Netherlands?
