Re: National Cycle Network - Grafham Water
It's been closed for weeks, as have the carparks. I have seen people working on various parts of the route whilst I've cycled on the road around the reservoir. Not a problem atm.

Re: Guided Bus Way
Attached are a couple of photos that I have sent to the Busway Maintenance Manager and Cambs CC today. Hopefully they will take appropriate action quickly to avoid a nasty accident. This is just north of Northstowe!

Re: Cycle Instructor Roles
Please don't respond from a position of ignorance based on generalities and what is often poorly reported. If you have questions, then ask them!
The arrangement described by Outspoken works for plenty of people, including me! Whilst you don't have a Contract of Employment, you do have a Contract and being self-employed can work if you want flexibility as an individual. Not all organisations are the same.

Re: Requirement for four votes in trustee elections
I've been having an ongoing exchange of emails with CyclingUK which hasn't been well received.
There are 4 vacancies & you have 4 votes. I have been told that you have to use all 4 votes or none of your votes will count!
I have & will continue to challenge this as I believe it is undemocratic. Four of the candidates 'meet the specification' set whilst the others don't. However, if I only want to endorse 3, for example, I have to cast my final vote for any to be counted!
According to Sue Cherry, with whom I've be swopping emails "The process for voting in any election are not contained in our constitution, rules and administration processes relating to elections are agreed by the appropriate committee. This procedure has not been changed from other years."
I have asked her to escalate the matter!
