Re: Campag derailleur

Thanks for the replies. Have been away so a bit slow in replying myself. Will try the tab washer option Brucey. Thanks

Old campag nuovo record derailleur clashing with largest sprocket

I have an old campag nuovo record derailleur. It doesn’t have the b screw that you would use to adjust the height of the jockey wheel. Hence the jockey wheel runs into the rear sprocket. Does anyone know how I can overcome this problem?

Re: Changing a cassette

Thanks Brucey. I’ll check whether it’s SS or GS.

Changing a cassette

I have a 10 speed focus cayo with a Tiagra 52/36 chainset. The rear mech is a Tiagra R4700 and the cassette is 12-28. Does anyone know if I can swap this cassette for 12-32 so I can get up the local hills with a bit more ease. Will I have to replace the chain for the larger sprocket?

Touring in Suisse Normande

I am hoping to cycle tour in this area just south of Caen some time in the spring. It would be a 5 day tour with a max of 50 miles a day as I’d like to spend some time sight seeing. Does anyone have experience of this area and of any camp sites i could use
Thanks
