thanks to all for the advice, I am looking into it.
It did happen in England and I was injured (broken collar bone and fingers)
Sadly I have quit cycling as the fear now is too much to ride a bike

Can anyone recommend a solicitor
Hi, last May I was knocked off the bike by a lorry, the company (CEMEX) have admitted liability. They have advised me to get my own solicitor, so I am after a good one that specialises in this sort of claim. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am not a member of the BCF or any other cycling grou...

Re: Injuries after a bike crash
thanks for that, all good sound advice. It is taking ages to heal, I am back to fracture clinic today to see if I need an operation on the collar bone. The groin still hurts too. I will consider all your points, thanks

Re: Injuries after a bike crash
Hospital dealt with the broken bones. The doc examined the area & said it was bruising, I dont think that is correct as I would have expected the pain to ease by now. All the doc wanted to do was give me stronger pain killers (codeine).

Injuries after a bike crash
I was knocked off my bike by an HGV & suffered a broken collar bone, broken finger & numerous cuts & abrasions. These seem to be healing but I have had a terrible pain in the groin area since (5 weeks since crash). I am wondering if I could have pulled, torn, ruptured something or could ...
