Did it in eight days this year with a fair bit of meandering, so could be quicker. Day 1 LE to Oakhampton. Day 2 Oakhampton to Chepstow. Day 3 Chepstow to Crewe(!) Flew from Inverness to Bristol for my LEJOG last month (£29 for me, £32 for bike) airlink bus into Bristol Temple Meads then Cross Country train to Penzance £44. Bike was in a soft bike bag. I just did an unsupported 8 day LEJOG, with only a 15 litre minimal rucsack. I cut the weight right down to silly levels ( evening wear compression tights, shorts and a tee shirt) insoles shared between bike shoes and trainers, spare bibs and shirt, chargers and bum and leg cream. That was about it....
